Out of all the leadership trainings and courses I've taken over the years, this one really helps the most.

I needed someone to get me out of my comfort zone, ask me question I hadn't thought about. Dr. Heather brought perspective and helped to reassure me that I accomplished more than I realized. Helped me to better delineate between work and personal. I now recognize where I am and what I need going forward.
